Back in May 2008, Codemasters acquired the Formula One license, planning to release official Formula One games for gaming consoles and the PC on a yearly basis.
A year later, the company decided that their maiden title F1 2009 would only be released for the Nintendo Wii and the Playstation Portable, postponing the release of the first “proper” title to 2010.
Now, it seems like the time has come as Codemasters has announced to reveal F1 2010 for Playstation 3, Xbox 360 and the PC to the press on March 17th, just three days after the 2010 F1 season kicks off at Bahrain.
Until now, no details on the title have been revealed aside from a few laser-scanning track images that have been released last year, so stay tuned for more on F1 2010 in less than four week’s time.
