Codemasters have teased the announcement of a new addition to their popular DiRT off road franchise earlier today.
Revealing a new DiRT logo on the game’s Twitter account, urging players to “prepare for something… different”:
Well??? we have a few things in mind.??We have??big plans, driven by a??passionate??development team,??solely tasked with taking the Rally series to even greater heights.??You won???t hear about that for a while, but when you do… oh boy,??will you be excited??for what???s coming.????
After several more arcade focused off-road titles, the DiRT franchise moved towards releasim with the last two DiRT Rally titles, the last of which was released in February 2019. Going by the tone of the teaser above, it seems like the new DiRT title might be another shift of focus for the franchise.
