iRacing’s World Championship GP Series will be getting some major media presence for their 2016 as the series will be broadcast by TV channel MotorsTV.
This further blurs the line between real and virtual racing as MotorsTV usually broadcasts major racing series around the world, now expanding their portfolio with virtual racing.
The??World Championship GP Series is iRacing’s elite road-racing series with racers competing for a prize pool of more than $15.000. The series uses the new??McLaren-Honda MP4-30 Formula One car that was released last winter.
Aside from the coverage on MotorsTV, the exact schedule of which is still to be revealed, the series will also be covered live on iRacing.com
