Thrustmaster has unveiled a new budget-priced force feedback wheel, introducing us to the T150.
11″ in diameter, the wheel rim features 13 action buttons, a D-Pad, the mandatory Playstation 4 buttons and the two large, 100% metal wheel-mounted sequential paddle shifters (5??? tall).
Despite being designed to appeal to customers on a budget, the wheel comes with impressive technical specs, featuring 1080 degrees of rotation that is fully adjustable down to 270 degrees. The T150 comes??optical position reading with 12-bit resolution??(4096 values on the wheel???s steering axis); mixed belt-pulley and gears transmission system and metal ball-bearing axle that should result both in a solid built and precision.
Also included is a two-pedal pedal set with progressive resistance on the brake pedal, the wheel is fully compatible to Thrustmaster’s eco-system, allowing sim racers to use the optionally-available ??T3PA or T3PA-PRO 3 pedal sets if they wish.
The T150 is compatible both to the Playstation 3 & 4 thanks to a build-in switch, PC users can of course use the wheel as well.
The T150 will be available starting October, selling in two different versions sporting either generic branding or a Ferrari-look. Both versions will retail for a suggested price of $199.99.
