All the way back in November, I posted a first story on SimRacingPL’s new rFactor shaders that aim to push the limits on ISI’s trusted gMotor 2 engine.
The shader pack has now been released, giving both modders and regular users the chance to spice up rFactor with new reflections and other nice effects. An extensive manual explaining the new shaders in detail is provided, modders who want to use the new shaders in their mods are asked to obtain permission first here.
The SimRacingPL guys aren’t done yet with rFactor though, a new version of the shader pack is already being worked on, featuring animated grass. You can check out the effect below as we get to see the Maserati MC12 around Poznan with the new effect in action.
