Image Space Incorporated has released first preview shots of their upcoming rFactor 2 simulation with some of the much-requested post processing requests on.
The three comparison shots below allow us to check out the effect of HDR (High Dynamic Range rendering) in effect. The effect is still work in progress, rFactor 2 will allow players to adjust the effects to their liking by creating their own HDR profiles.
rFactor 2 will introduce various improvements to the modding-friendly simulation including weather, driver animations and a refined graphics engine alongside plenty of current and historic motor racing content. In arecent blog, ISI???s Tim Wheatley hinted at an upcoming public beta phase for the title.
