iOpener has given thousands of beta testers the chance to race against real race drivers in the past, using the company’s innovative GPS-based positioning system. Sim racers already competed against various drivers in several cars, including current and historic race cars.
On June 20th, the company will be taking their beta programme to a new level as Real-Time Racing beta testers will be given the chance to race FIA World Touring Car Championship pros like Tom Coronel or Gabriele Tarquini at Zolder. iOpener has unveiled the virtual version of the Seat Leon TDI 2.0 race car all drivers will be using, you can find screenshots of it below.
The event will include two races against the WTCC pros and the best news is: Everybody’s invited to join this once in a lifetime opportunity.
