The busy folks in the RSC tech team are doing their miracle work right now and it looks as its progressing. The offline-page of the forum installation is back up and the last note on racesimcentral.com sounds promising too:
As you might have noticed, there is a test page up now. This means that if everthing works as expected, our forum should be back very soon. This is due to the diligent efforts of a couple of RSC staff members who have been working very hard to resolve this situation.Our thanks to them.
