Alan Boiston of VVV Automotive has gotten his hands on a late Playstation 4 development build of Project CARS, sharing plenty of footage of the title’s console version with us.
As you can see in the videos below, Project CARS runs on a solid 60 frames per second at 1080p resolution on Sony’s console despite all the title’s bells and whistles such as a fully dynamic weather & time of day system and very large grids of cars that are not common in most console racing titles.
Another thing that sets Project CARS apart from most console racing titles is its customizability in terms of graphic options that have been carried over from the PC versions, allowing players to make plenty of tweaks to how the game will look for them, as visible in the last video.
Project CARS??will be available both as standard edition as well as being available as??Limited Edition with additional goodies & content, starting May 7 (Europe & Australasia), May 8 (UK) & May 12 (US & Canada), the PC Steam version will be released across all territories on May 7.
