Slightly Mad Studios and Ginetta Cars have launched a major new eSports competition, unveiling the Ginetta X Project CARS eSports Cup.
Project CARS has been??among the first??racing title’s to fully-embrace the eSports movement, starting regular competitions in co-operations with the ESL as well as several other organized competitions.
The eSports activities are now further expanded with a manufacturer-backed cup as the Ginetta X Project CARS eSports Cup allows players to compete for 5000 GBP in prizes using Ginetta’s GT3 & GT4 class cars in Project CARS.
Players can register for the cup now by using this link. Registration will close in Mid-November when the first of three tournaments stages will kick off. The cup is open to all Project CARS players regardless of platform, more information on how to participate is available here.
Until the cup kicks off, Project CARS players can prove themselves against Ginetta’s own Charlie Robertson as the ELMS champion has set a Project CARS hotlap, inviting all players to try and beat him.
