Slightly Mad Studios have released a special patch build for Project CARS, adding some improvements to the Team Member Build 174 released on Friday.

Changes of the build include added custom livery support for the Palmer Jaguar JP-LM, pre-alpha support of DirectX11 multi-threaded deferred context rendering and more as listed below.

Furthermore, new previews of the 2011 BAC Mono are available, the lightweight sports car is the next car in line to be added to Project CARS.

The BAC Mono is a lightweight, road legal sport vehicles sports vehicle, aiming to bring the sensation of single-seater driving to public roads. Designed to be as aerodynamically efficient as possible, the Mono offers supercar levels of top speed while delivering handling precision and balance stability that complement the outstanding levels of mechanical grip on offer.

The Mono is powered by a 2.3 litre four-cylinder Cosworth engine ??? providing 280bhp at 7700rpm ??? which is mated to a F3-spec Hewland six-speed sequential gearbox. Weighing in at a mere 540 kilograms, the car sprints from 0-60 miles in a mind-blowing 2.8 seconds; reaching a top speed of 170mph.
