HSV45 has released a 2010 update for the Autodromo Algarve Portimao for rFactor, updating the track’s textures, including new asphalt, grass, curbs and more.
Important: The 2010 version requires the initial version of the Autodromo Algarve to be installed.
The 4.6 kilometer track opened in late 2008, the Portuguese track has become a popular testing & racing venue since. The track offers a challenging layout that is said to resemble the N??rburgring and Spa Franchorchamps, featuring plenty of elevation changes and bumps that made it an instant favorite among many drivers.
The track hosts F1 testing and notable sports car races including the FIA GT as well as the Le Mans Series which ran a six-hour night race last Saturday. The initial release includes the layout used by the Le Mans Series, future versions will include other layouts of this multi-layout facility.
