After releasing the first ever preview video yesterday, Enduracers have made their Porsche Carrera Cup France mod for rFactor available today. The mod simulates both the 2006 and 2007 French Carrera Cup season, utilising the Porsche 997 GT3-Cup race car.

I have just given the mod a very quick spin at Rouen les Essarts and even on the first lap, the difference in physics compared to GSMF’s Porsche mod is obvious. I am not the one to decide which physics are “real”, but the Enduracers cars are a lot harder to handle.
Compared to GSMF’s PCC997, the mod is a lot easier on the hardware, using only 50% of the vram and giving almost 100% more frames compared to the same car amount in PCC997. So if your PC is not the newest one, this mod is for you.
It does not mean that the mod is not beautiful as the screenshots below will show. I can only advise everybody to give it a try and make up their own opinion. And if you want, go ahead and share it by using the comment feature ????
