EA has released some new previews of their upcoming Need for Speed Shift title, giving us a detailed look at the 2008 VW Scirocco.
The car can be see in a ficitonal semi-race trim from various perspectives including two cockpit shots. The real Scirocco has already enjoyed some racing success, racing on the N??rburgring Nordschleife in the hands of notable drivers like Hans Stuck & Carlos Sainz.
Developed by Slightly Mad Studios (former Blimey! Games) and distributed by EA, Need for Speed Shift is expected to be released in September 2009 for the PC and all major consoles. A demo of Shift has been announced to be available this summer.
