The modding community is still busy improving the PC version of Slightly Mad Studios’ Need for Speed Shift title, fixing several complaints from the sim racing community.
Following Julien Regnard’s highly praised Sharp tires mod that gives the title’s physics a complete overhaul, Acrobat racer has now fixed the one issue Julien’s mod didn’t touch – The drift mode physics.
Meanwhile, andrew84555 has released his GT Style Mod for Shift, removing all fictional racing liveries from the cars to give the title a more Gran Turismo-like look with cars sporting their normal showroom colors.
