While owners of the PC version of Need for Speed Shift 2 Unleashed are still waiting for the Legends DLC pack to become available, EA is busy preparing the launch of the new content pack for Slightly MadStudios’ popular title.
As revealed in a list of upcoming Xbox Live additions, a DLC pack called “Speed Hunters” will be available starting May 17, selling for 800 Microsoft Points.
Right now, now further info on the pack’s content is available, the leaked DLC preview videos may give us an idea on what will be included. As you may remember, these videos surfaced shortly after Shift 2’s release.
One video showed off the Legends content that is now available, the other two show off a new drag racing mode and cars – Content that has not yet been released or announced, so this may very well be what the Speed Hunters pack is about.
With only six days left until the pack’s planned release, it’s only a matter of time until the full content of the pack will be revealed. Given that the Legends pack sells for the same price and includes 14 new cars, a brand new track and new track variations, Shift 2 Unleashed owners can be looking forward to another substantial content addition.
