Milestone has announced to be unveiling a brand new racing title at the Games Developers Conference in San Francisco at the end of February.
Said to “showcase Milestone???s continued mastery of the motorsports arena”,??the new racing game will be unveiled at the studio’s first-ever GDC presence.
Milestone has vast experience with both two- and four-wheel racing games, being the creators of the MotoGP series, the Official WRC Game franchise, Sebastien Loeb Rally and plenty of other titles.
Usually going for a mix of sort-of realistic racing experience and accessibility, many of Milestone’s titles have struggled to really gain traction in the sim racing community. The studio has quite a reputation for securing high-profile licenses and series partnerships though, having worked with the WRC and Moto GP series in the past.??Based in Italy, Milestone has grown from 50 employees to over boasting over 200 staff in recent years.
