This week’s Automobilista update revealed more than the creators intended as the simulation’s vehicle folder now contains a folder labeled “McLaren”, a manufacturer not yet represented in the simulation.
When confronted with the appearance of the folder in a community forum, Reiza head honcho Renato Simioni’s response was simply “Ooops”… so there definitely seems to be fire to that smoke!
The British sports car manufacturer being on its way into Automobilista would also explain why Reiza’s resident physics guru Niels Heusinkveld earlier this year spent quite a lot of time creating a McLaren F1 physics set for a car that isn’t even in Reiza’s portfolio…yet!
