2013 is almost in the books so it is time to welcome a new sim racing year!
2014 is shaping up to be a great year for sim racing with Project CARS due to be released and Assetto Corsa reaching version 1.0 among many other upcoming sim titles, mods and hardware devices.
The new year also means that VirtualR is heading towards its seventh anniversary, a milestone I never had in mind when creating the site in the first place. Thanks to all of you, the site is as busy as ever, having gone past the 100.000 comments mark earlier this year.
Speaking of comments, this is also the time of the year to thank F1Racer for all his efforts in keeping this a (largely) sane and level-headed place to meet & discuss. Thanks also goes out to my loyal advertising partners that allow VirtualR to be neutral and independent.
Last but certainly not least, I’d like to thank all of you for popping by and speaking your mind, tipping me off on stories and keeping an interest in our favorite hobby. I’m looking forward to see all of you back in 2014, happy new year to you and yours!
