GTPC for rFactor – Coming Very Soon…

The Virtua_LM Junior Team has released the intro video of their upcoming GTPC mod for rFactor.

If you are a long-time reader of VirtualR, you’ll know that coverage on Virtua_LM Junior Team’s GTPC mod for rFactor is almost as long-running as this site itself.

Kicked off back in 2006 and originally aiming to just convert Virtua_LM’s popular Prototype C mod for F1 Challenge to rFactor, the project has vastly expanded over the years, becoming much more than just a conversion, transforming into what is possibly the biggest rFactor modding project ever attempted.

Prototype C and will bring a massive amount of cars from one of endurance racing???s finest decades to rFactor, centering around the 1983 Le Mans 24 Hours. The mod includes both prototypes and GT cars and will come with over 500 liveries, including many rare cars of this spectacular era.

After years of work on the team’s side and year’s of anxiously waiting in the community, the story on this mod is looking to come to a happy end very soon as the mod’s release is apparently just a matter of days now!

To sweeten the last few days of waiting, the team has released the mod’s intro movie which you can watch below.

In the meantime, make sure to get started on dusting off that rFactor installation because if this mod won’t get you to reinstall ISI’s trusted gem, nothing else will!
