Ferrari has released the final addon track for their Virtual Academy 2010 simulator, adding a laser-scanned version of the Nürburgring Grand Prix track to the simulation.
The Nürburgring is the third and final track for Virtual Academy, existing customers can buy it for 9,90€. Players who haven’t given Ferrari’s netKar Pro-powered simulator a try can take advantage of a new discount as all three tracks + the Ferrari F10 are now available for 25€, saving players 5€ compared to individually purchasing the items.
The Grand Prix track is 5.1 kilometers in length and was opened in 1984 when the legendary Nordschleife became too dangerous to race on for several series. Today, the track hosts Germany’s Formula One Grand Prix, the FIA GT World Championship, an annual DTM round and other high-profile events.
