Fanatec has introduced new service options for their high-tech CSW wheel line, giving buyers peace of mind with their new hardware.
The new “Premium Service” option gives buyers access to priority technical support should problems occur, including loan devices for the duration of the repair.
For those require service after their warranty has expired , Fanatec also offers a CSW Maintenance & Repair service. The service includes a full scale inspection of the unit and all its part, in-depth cleaning and repairs of damages caused by heavy usage (even commercial usage).
The “Premium Service” pack is available for an extra 50???, players who buy the full CSW pack consisting of base, BMW & Formula wheel will get it for free. The??CSW Maintenance & Repair service comes at a one-time charge of 150???.
