Codemasters has announced that the Playstation 4 version of their DiRT Rally title will soon be made compatible to the Playstation VR headset.
Coming both as DLC upgrade for existing owners as well as in a new retail version, the Playstation VR support will enable DiRT Rally players to join PC version users in experience the rally stages in VR.
Aside from the pure VR functionality, the upgrade will also introduce a new co-op like feature as second players will be given the option to act as rally co-drivers, using the Playstation 4 Dualshock controller.
No release date for the new version has been revealed yet, in the meantime you can check out several previews of the PSVR version and a new trailer below.
