The guys over at InsideSimRacing were recently present on a DiRT 3 media event and got the chance to interview Codemasters’ Gehan Pathiraja on the upcoming rally title.
Gehan is none other than the Lead Car Handling Designer responsible for the physics and answered questions regarding the physics, force feedback and the improvements over DiRT 2.
Furthermore, Codemasters have released a short new video trailer, showing various cars in action.
Using the trusted EGO-engine, DiRT 3 will be released on May 24 for the PC and consoles, following the successful second edition of the franchise that sold over 1.7 million copies. The title will feature over 50 cars that can be raced on over 100 stages that make use of a dynamic weather system including snow and ice.
