The NASCAR Nextel Cup elite was out on the Lowe’s Motor Speedway, testing the Car of Tomorrow on the blazing fast speedway near Concord, NC. The CoT is getting ready to take over full season duty in 2008 and the test at Lowe’s proved the car is not only at home on short track and road courses.
