wildman_fr has released the BPR Global GT Series mod for GTR2, bringing the predecessor of the FIA GT series to the simulation.
The mod includes cars from three seasons of BPR GT racing in three classes, including famous race cars like the Mclaren F1 GTR & the Ferrari F40 among exotics like the Venturi 600 LM.
Founded in 1994 by J??rgen Barth, Patrick Peter and Stephane Ratel, the BPR series was meant to replace the discontinued World Sports Car Championship. The series allowed competitors to compete in four different classes ranging from largely production-based sports cars to full-blown racing cars like the Mclaren F1 GTR.
