David Pemberton is working on bringing a scratch-made version of a historic track you might have never heard of to Assetto Corsa – The Battenbergring.
A street circuit located in the German city of Battenberg, the Battenbergring had a short but successful history of hosting motorcycle races in the 1950s before safety concerns fueled by the Le Mans disaster led to the end of racing activities on the ring in 1956.
Below’s a preview video of David’s current progress, showing plenty of great looking details already. Making stead progress, David expects the track to be finished possibly as early as this fall.
