Kunos Simulazioni continues to reveal the cars of the 11-car GT4 DLC pack for Assetto Corsa Competizione, giving us a first peek at the Porsche Cayman 718 Cayman GT4 Clubsport.
The Cayman GT4 Clubsport marks a significant change in Porsche’s GT racing philosophy as unlike their iconic 911 model that all other production-based racing activities of the company are based on, the Cayman GT4 is based on a mid-engined road car instead of the usual rear-engine design.
Despite the different engine position, the Cayman retains Porsche’s iconic engine formula, being powered by a 425hp six-cylinder boxer engine.
Joining the BMW M4 GT4 and the KTM X-Bow GT4, the Cayman is the third GT4 car for ACC to be revealed.
The Assetto Corsa Competizione DLC GT4 DLC pack will be release for the PC this summer with the console version of the pack following in the fall.
