While PC users got their hands on a brand new Assetto Corsa Competizione update and DLC pack earlier today, Kunos Simulazioni has also shed some light on what’s happening with the console version.
While the GT4 DLC for consoles will be released in the fall, the development team is also working on addressing a variety of issues with an upcoming update for the console versions, bringing among other things performance improvements on the Pro-versions of the Xbox One and Playstation 4.
While a release date for the console update is not yet available, here’s a list of fixes Kunos has confirmed the update will contain.
FEATURES:

GENERAL:
Crash fixes for sign in and out during a race
Network message displaying issues have been resolved when disconnecting from the network on Special events
Localisation fixes for the in-game ratings
Improper terms used for keys displaying within the control and binds menu
Performance improvements on PRO models (PS4 Pro and Xbox One X)
PERIPHERALS:
UI Warning screen to remind the user to update their wheel???s firmware
Connection and stability fixes within many wheels
Force Feedback changes for a more suited feel on console
Fixes within the ???Steer Linearity??? options
???Road Effects??? now affect Force Feedback
Stopped certain views being accessible with a keyboard
